Membership & Conference Registration
Conference Registration:
Please note: October 15th is the deadline for the early bird registration. Onsite registration dates are Oct. 16th – Nov. 15th.
- Step 1: Register for a website username and password. If you already have a username and password, go to step 2 after signing in through the Login link above.
- Step 2: Join or renew your ASTR membership and/or register for the conference online here.

Conference Fees:
ASTR 2009 conference registration fees remain reasonable and unchanged from 2007 and 2008.
- Regular ASTR individual member rates:
$200 (by 10/15) / $225 (by 11/15) / $125 (one day without lunch
- The ASTR student and retired member rates:
$75 (by 10/15) / $120 (by 11/15) / $50 (one day without lunch)
- Non-member rates:
$250 (by 10/15) / $275 (by 11/15) / $175 (one day without lunch)
